-Basic Real Property Tax—Assessed value x 1.00%
-Special Education Fund— Assessed value x 1.00%
Discount & Penalties:
-Prompt Payment (paid on or before the deadline) - 10% discount on basic tax, SEF & other levies.
-Advance Payment (paid before January 1 of the taxable year) - 12.5% discount on basic tax, SEF & other levies |
